New Homes & Interior Remodels

The project type we have the most experience. Modeling the existing then displaying various design options. Each project is about 30-200 hours including a video tour, and a PDF package.

We can provide a guarantee maximum price on most projects with clear scopes and deliverables.

Greenhouses

Over 5 different sunken geothermal heated and cooled greenhouse designs in our portfolio. Massively influenced by Russ Finch, the designer, owner, and creator of the Greenhouse in the Snow company in Alliance, Nebraska.

Commercial / Mixed Use

Projects designed in Rome, Montana, Colorado, California, the Caribbean, and Cleveland, Ohio.

Furniture & Interior

We can also create PDF instructions for assembly. And can create interior elevations for every room, as well as model in 3D.

We also have completed design-build projects featuring: gazebos built in the British Virgin Islands, bunk beds made with conventional building lumber, murphy beds, couches, kitchen islands, mud rooms, as well as full kitchen and bathroom remodeling/new construction renderings.

Art Exhibits & Pieces

Designed and built an exhibition on renovating an existing barn in Montana.

Also worked on an initial 3D model for the built exhibition, entitled the H E A R T H at Burning Man in 2024, and have additionally, competed in Lyon’s design competition for a Holocaust Memorial in 2023 (as well as over 7 other design competitions).

Modeling Existing Structures

Can help model existing structures or create 3D models based off designs on paper / old blueprints. Either for 3D printing or for creating smaller models.

Can also make models for sequencing and phasing, to aide in construction and coordination on complex builds.

The client is responsible for hiring required contractors, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. We specialize in renderings, 3D models, and video tours.
